This is the work of a guy I know from back on the central coast. He finished school and did a year or two at billy blue studying multimedia until he got outta there and started doing his own stuff. He's traveling all over the world on his own pocket and doing all the work himself, which is no ease feat! He's only been editing for a few years and he's turning a lot of heads in the surfing world. A combo of insane footage taken from sick angles and a banging soundtrack gives his work a unique twist that the surfing media world needs. I reckon his videos are sick and always get pretty pumped watching them. They seem to capture that carefree grunge surf culture that can be veneered by the corporate image of surfing nowadays. Riley has just finished a new movie called Spectrum that is giving everyone good vibes. You can grab it with the new issue of Waves magazine.
