Olufsen Bangs up Asus
I believe that 2009 was the turning point where the masses of PC and Windows platform computer manufacturers began to pay a little more attention to the design of the computer, perhaps 5+ years late but I suppose better now than never. We can assume this was to dampen the awful publicity Windows continues to hail for itself, and to keep up with the powerhouse Apple Mac corporation who, thanks to the direction of the talented Jonathan Ive, have got physical design aesthetics down to a t, complimented only by the comparatively seamless functionality and technology. Moving along, I am indifferent to the new installment to the Asus range, designed by our favourite Danish tech company Bang & Olufsen. I cannot define why I'm so attracted to this notebook, but it could largely be purely from B&O's reputation for attention to detail and immaculate execution of sound and visual technology. In conclusion I guess that in a parallel universe where Windows OS wasn't a nightmare to use, and all Mac's became possessed and began killing their users, then perhaps I would consider getting this computer, but more for it's entertainment qualities than it's overall functionality.
