Ok so you can pretty well guarantee that anything that references flowers you can count the me fuck out real quickly. But there's a first time for everything. This Ron Arad seat begs to be sat on, much more so than his rotationally moulded Big Chair even. This design, like all of Arad's has a quirky, psychedelic, 'Fear and Loathing' appeal. This continuing aesthetic style makes Arad, in my eyes, one of the funnest contemporary designers, and reminds us all that we shouldn't take everything so seriously.
